Open Enrollment was Oct. 17 – 31 at 5pm EST

During the fall each year, you have the opportunity to select the benefits that best meet the needs for you and your family.  The elections you make during the open enrollment period become effective on January 1. Although open enrollment has ended, you are able to print a benefits confirmation statement by following the below steps:

  1. Go to the FirstEnergy Today portal.
  2. Click Workspaces.
  3. Under Employee Center, click Employee Center Home.
  4. Click Benefits.
  5. Under Quick Links, click Benefits Elections in the third column.
  6. At the bottom, click Print Confirmation Form: All Plans.

While the Human Resources Service Center can’t tell you which benefit options to elect, the representatives can answer benefit-related questions. Contact the Human Resources Service Center during the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. After business hours or during high-volume calling periods, you may leave a message on the voicemail and an HR representative will call you back – usually within 24 hours, however this may be longer due to high call volume during this time of year.

To help us serve you better when leaving a message, please leave your Social Security number, SAP ID number or spell your first and last name. Also, clearly state your phone number with area code.
