FirstEnergy's time-off programs are designed to promote a healthy work/life balance to ensure you have time away – to spend time with friends and family and be involved in other interests outside of work. They also provide for those times when you need to take some time off. Our time-off programs create more flexibility in how you take paid leave.
Time-off benefits generally apply to all full-time, regular employees not represented by a labor union. Part-time, regular employees not represented by a labor union are eligible to participate only where specifically indicated. Employees represented by a labor union should refer to their respective labor agreements.
