A key piece of our company’s mission statement is to make our communities stronger. In an effort to support volunteer activities that enhance and serve the communities in which employees live and work, eligible employees have access to 16 hours of Volunteer Time Off, which can be used instead of taking Paid Time-Off (PTO) when an employee volunteers at any 501(c)(3) organization. A 501(c)(3) organization has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt, charitable organization.
