CARE is available to:

  • Employees who have a hardship due to a medical or unforeseen emergency


CARE is for:

  • Regular full- and part-time employees - excluding Company Officers
  • Represented employees whose bargaining agreements allow
  • Eligible individuals unable to satisfy the financial need by other reasonable means


CARE is:

  • Lump-sum cash payment of personal vacation
  • Vacation time donated by other employees
  • Up to a $10,000 interest-free Company loan


Show you CARE:

  • Make confidential donations of vacation
  • Care helps provide financial support and meaningful time off to employees experiencing hardships due to medical or other qualifying unforeseen emergency
  • The CARE donation pool is in need of donations for employees with medical emergencies
  • Consider donating the vacation time you will be unable to use by year end
