CARE is available to:
- Employees who have a hardship due to a medical or unforeseen emergency
CARE is for:
- Regular full- and part-time employees - excluding Company Officers
- Represented employees whose bargaining agreements allow
- Eligible individuals unable to satisfy the financial need by other reasonable means
CARE is:
- Lump-sum cash payment of personal vacation
- Vacation time donated by other employees
- Up to a $10,000 interest-free Company loan

- Care helps provide financial support and meaningful time off to employees experiencing hardships due to medical or other qualifying unforeseen emergency
- The CARE donation pool is in need of donations for employees with medical emergencies
- Consider donating the vacation time you will be unable to use by year end
