Full-time, non-bargaining employees receive a set number of paid time-off (PTO) days per calendar year to use for vacation, personal absence time and occasional sick time. Years of service as of Dec. 31 of the current year are used to determine PTO allocations. Part-time employees who are scheduled to work at least 1,000 hours in the calendar year will receive a prorated amount based on their average hours worked during the year. New employees will receive a prorated amount for their first calendar year of employment based on the month in which they were hired.

Years of Service PTO (in days)

Employees will receive their entire PTO allocation on Jan. 1 of each calendar year.

Employees may defer up to 80 hours of PTO from one calendar year to the next. Deferred PTO must be used in the next calendar year or it will be forfeited without compensation. If an employee leaves the company, including retirement, s/he will not receive compensation for any unused PTO or deferred PTO. You may donate unused or deferred PTO to the CARE Program.
